With a Bachelor's in Business Marketing and a robust career spanning corporate America and higher education, I've harnessed creativity and empathy to empower myself and others. My passion for understanding the human condition led me to a Master of Science in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy, with a Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, blending my diverse experiences into a singular mission: guiding others towards their own light.

Today, as a mindset coach and counselor, I celebrate every milestone, embracing the lessons from each setback and failure along the way. My approach is centered on setting attainable goals and finding practical solutions.
